If in your lifetime you do not accept the Word of God for salvation, you will go to hell, you will be destroyed. People may in this lifetime despise God’s Word then sometime before they die, they repent. If they live all of their lives despising God’s Word they will be destroyed after they die.
What does “perverseness” mean? Proverbs 15: 4? Perverseness – showing a deliberate and obstinate desire to behave in a way that is unreasonable or unacceptable, often in spite of the consequences.
What does “scorner” mean in Proverbs 15:12? A scoffer; a derider; in Scripture, one who scoffs at religion, its ordinances and teachers, and who makes a mock of sin and the judgments and threatenings of God against sinners.
