The book of Hosea is one of the minor prophets. This book tells about the prophet Hosea and his unfaithful wife Gomer which he was to love unconditionally as a sign of God’s unconditional love to the nation of Israel.

Did they turn back to God in Hosea 14? Not necessarily. These were the promises from God for what He will do for those that come back to Him.
